CIVIL SOCIETY IS BEING LEFT OUT OF CRITICAL DECISIONS, CS SPOKESPERSON SAYS

ABSTRACT At a session on the Global Fund at the International AIDS Conference, Nadia Rafif, regional coordinator of the Civil Society Action Team for the Middle East and North Africa Region, said that civil society is very concerned about the future of the Global Fund and has not been meaningfully involved in the critical decisions currently being taken by the Fund.
