Concerns about Reporting Relationships of CCMs, PRs and LFAs Raised at Regional CCM Meeting

ABSTRACT Having both the principal recipients and local fund agents report directly to the Global Fund Secretariat has usurped the oversight role of country coordinating mechanisms, according to several CCM members attending the Global Fund's first regional workshop for CCMs in the East African and Indian Ocean Islands region.
