Cet article présente un résumé du rapport d'audit du BIG sur les subventions du Fonds mondial aux Philippines. Il aborde le sujet de la performance des programmes de lutte contre les maladies au cours des quatre dernières années et des effets de la pandémie de COVID-19 sur ces programmes.
