Une évaluation récente de la Politique relative aux contextes d’intervention difficiles du Fonds Mondial a salué plusieurs aspects de l'opérationnalisation de ladite Politique. Toutefois, des améliorations sont possibles. Sur les huit recommandations de l'évaluation, le Secrétariat du Fonds mondial est en grande partie ou entièrement d'accord avec quatre d'entre elles.

The Fund has made its fiftieth decision regarding whether to approve a grant for extension beyond the first two years, known as "Phase 2 Renewal."
