ABSTRACT Адвокация повышения внутреннего финансирования под руководством ОГО и ОР, и подкрепленая условиями Глобального Фонда, поставленными перед правительством Украины, достигла успеха. Сообщества, при поддержке Глобальным Фондом, оказались готовы сотрудничать с Министерством Здравоохранения. ОГО участвовали в расчетах при бюджетировании, планировании и дискуссиях, повлиявших на намерения правительства по финансированию терапии АРВ, лечения МЛУ-ТБ, гепатита С и ОЗТ.

ABSTRACT This article provides information about a regional consultation organized by ECUO (East Europe & Central Asia Union of People Living with HIV) for developing a regional community action plan on increasing access to quality and uninterrupted ARV treatment and care for people living with HIV (PLWH) including Key Affected Populations (KAPs).
