ABSTRACT
Адвокация повышения внутреннего финансирования под руководством ОГО и ОР, и подкрепленая условиями Глобального Фонда, поставленными перед правительством Украины, достигла успеха. Сообщества, при поддержке Глобальным Фондом, оказались готовы сотрудничать с Министерством Здравоохранения. ОГО участвовали в расчетах при бюджетировании, планировании и дискуссиях, повлиявших на намерения правительства по финансированию терапии АРВ, лечения МЛУ-ТБ, гепатита С и ОЗТ.

The Global Fund and PEPFAR announced that between them they are now supporting antiretroviral treatment for 1.2 million people living with AIDS, a doubling in the past year. (However, the fact that they are "supporting" treatment for this number does not mean that they are "providing" all aspects of treatment for this number.)
Global Fund Approves Fourth Round of Grants
ABSTRACT
In the Global Fund's biggest round ever, the board has approved 69 Round Four grants with a 2-year cost of $968 million. By the end of Year 5 of Round 4 grants, 1.6 million people will be on ARV treatment as a result of Round 1-4 Global Fund grants.
