On February 18, 2025, the Global Fund launched its eighth replenishment campaign, aiming to raise at least US$18 billion over the 2026–2028 cycle to combat TB, HIV, and malaria while strengthening health systems. The campaign, which is co-hosted by South Africa and the UK, emphasizes broad stakeholder participation and includes a US$2 billion private sector initiative. RÉSUMÉ Cet article synthétise le rapport sur la Semaine mondiale d'action en faveur de la septième reconstitution des ressources du Fonds mondial, qui s'est déroulée du 7 au 11 mars dans plus de 55 pays. Les communautés et la société civile ont réclamé au moins 18 milliards de dollars pour le prochain cycle triennal du Fonds mondial.
